How it works....
A typical coaching program would last 3 months or more with sessions conveniently conducted via telephone. This will provide time to set goals and take positive steps toward the lifestyle changes you desire. At the end of that period I offer flexible and creative options for your continued success.
The initial session (approx. 90-120 minutes) involves a discussion about where you have been, where you are and where you want to be in regards to your wellness. You will leave that session with a wellness plan: your vision, 3 month goals and your first set of weekly goals.

From that point, we will have weekly sessions (45 minutes) to look at your weekly goals achievement, discuss your learning from the previous week, address issues that came up and set goals for the following week.
These weekly sessions will allow you to keep on track towards your 3 month goals as well as give you the opportunity to work with me to discuss set-backs, make adjustments and continually progress towards your ultimate vision of wellness.
